SWCD schedules monthly meeting

     Jones Soil and Water Conservation Distruct (SWCD) will hold its next monthly meeting on Monday, May 7 at 1 p.m. Meetings are held at the USDA Service Center, 300 Chamber Drive, Anamosa and are open to the public.

     The tentative agenda includes: Call meeting to order, adopt agenda, previous meeting minutes,  treasurer’s report, bills, district employee timesheets, state cost share,  conservation plans and agreements, conservation conversation, conservation awards, Great Give Day 2018, legislator contacts, update to financial policies, appoint commissioner to be district employee contact, internship agreement with IDALS, Farm Bill Wildlife Biologist quarterly report, public comment period, commissioner and staff reports, schedule next meeting and adjourn.
