Pesticide CIC is planned

     A private pesticide applicator Continuing Instruction Course (CIC) will be held at the Jones County Extension office located at 800 N. Maple St., Monticello.

     Feel free to attend any session that fits your schedule. You do not need to preregister for CIC sessions in Jones County; however if you plan to attend a session in another county, check with the county Extension office about preregistration and the arrival time.

     Course dates and times for Jones County are Monday, Jan. 22, with sessions at 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 pm. Jones County Extension will offer an evening training session on Thursday, Feb. 22 to begin at 6:30 p.m.

     Training fee $20, payable to Jones County Extension.
