Patterson named DAR Good Citizen

     Jordyn Patterson of Monticello High School has been chosen as Good Citizens by the Marion-Linn Daughters of American Revolution Chapter. These students and their parents along with other area representatives were honored at a Good Citizen Tea in Marion on February 25.

     Jordyn Patterson is the daughter of John and Jessi Patterson. Jordyn has been an active participant in band and choir and has served as a class officer and on the Student Council. She has been in softball, track and cross-country all four years and active in speech and drama. She is a member of National Honor Society and the National Council on Youth Leadership and received the Wohelo Medallion in Camp Fire for sixty service hours. She plans to attend Ozark Christian College to study biochemistry and nursing.
