MHS food drive helps Monticello Food Pantry

     The Monticello High School Student Council is sponsoring a holiday food/toiletry drive for the Monticello Food Pantry, from Dec. 3 through 14.

     Their goal this year is to bring in 800 items. To help promote the food drive, all students in grades K-12 who bring two items to the Friday, Dec. 7 MHS basketball game against the Wilton Beavers, will receive free admission.

     Here is a list of the Monticello Food Pantry’s needs:

     • Diapers

     • Shampoo

     • Body soap

     • Laundry soap

     • Cleaning supplies

     • Toilet paper

     • Deodorant

     • Dish soap

     • Toothpaste

     • Tooth brushes

     • Canned food items

     • Dry food items
