Magistrate Court

     Christopher Warren Riches, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $20 plus court costs.

     Vincent A. Dunbar, Olin, pleaded guilty to failure to carry registration card. He was fined $20 plus court costs.

     Talitha Marie Anderson, Manchester, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/suspended/canceled/revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Madison Elizabeth Stiltz, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Dakota Yarrington, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A non-jury trial is set for Dec. 5.

     Lawrence Dean Platner, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to assault. Sentence is pending.

     Juan Genero Caperillo, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was sentenced to three days in jail.

     Brian Paul Zirkelbach, Monticello, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 16.

     Jennifer Marie Moorer, Lisbon, was charged with disorderly conduct-loud/raucous noise and intoxication. A preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 16.

     Larry Wayne Boring, Lost Nation, was cited for animal at large. A court date was set for Oct. 31.
