Magistrate Court

     Enius Celsula, Oak Creek, Wis., pleaded guilty to failure to comply with safety regulations. He was fined $50 plus court costs.

     Jerry J, Majors, Jr., Anamosa, was charged with disorderly conduct. A court date was set for July 11.

     Marty Joseph Betzer, Martelle, pleaded not guilty to 5^th degree theft. A non-jury trial is set for Aug. 1.

     Jeffrey Craig Abbott, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault. A bench trial is set for Aug. 8.

     Zane Austin Riedesel, Verona, Wis., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for July 18.

     Lisa Boysen, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A non-jury trial is set for Aug. 15.
