Magistrate Court

     Butch Allen Stroud, Connelly Spring, N.C., pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined $40 plus court costs.

     Isaac Kurry Reid Williams, Olin, pleaded guilty to trespassing. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Codie Jon Coyle, Olin, pleaded guilty to trespassing, driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled, revoked, and disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. He was fined a total of $400 plus court costs. Coyle had charges of assault and an additional charge of disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior, dismissed.

     Tucker Daniel Scofield, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to trespassing. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Kayla Marie Peine, Marion, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled, revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Robert Lee Lincoln, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled, revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Arrionna Lashay Page, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to providing false identification information. She was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Damion Paul Liebel, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to obstruction of emergency communications, interference with official acts, and disorderly conduct-loud/raucous noise. He was fined a total of $500 plus court costs. He had a charge of domestic abuse assault, dismissed.

     Christopher Terence Moore, Monticello, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of disorderly conduct. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for six months. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $100 plus court costs.

     Melissa Leigh McCormick, Mechanicsville, pleaded guilty to violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail. Twenty-eight days were suspended, and McCormick was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Heather Regina Szakacs, Marion, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for July 2.

     Logan Brett Seeley, Anamosa, was charged with marijuana 1st offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding. A preliminary hearing is set for July 11.

     Jerry R. Majors, Jr., Anamosa, was arrested for disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. A court date was set for July 11.

     Jessica Ann Mosher, Anamosa, was arrested for disorderly conduct. A court date was set for July 11.
