Magistrate Court

     Toby John Heiken, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Cassaundra Jo Merta, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, canceled, or revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Alex Leon Dirks, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to two counts of domestic abuse assault. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, to run concurrently with three other sentences.

     Nicholas L. Sutton, Oshkosh, Wis., pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. A non-jury trial is set for July 25.

     Haylie K. Johnson, Morley, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A non-jury trial is set for July 18.

     Grayson James Forrester, Anamosa, was charged with public intoxication. A bench trial is set for July 18.
