Magistrate Court

     Howard S. Leslie, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to no insurance. A non-jury trial is set for Nov. 22.

     Joanna Lee Elliott, Fairfield, pleaded not guilty to no insurance. A non-jury trial is set for Dec. 27.

     Marquis Larenzo Sims, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to two counts of trespassing. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Adam James Christenson, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $100 plus court costs. Christenson also had a charge of unlawful possession of prescription drug, dismissed.

     Rodney Dean McCoy, Marion, pleaded guilty to 5^th degree criminal mischief and 3^rd degree harassment. He was sentenced to 13 days in jail, and ordered to pay victim restitution. McCoy also had two counts of violation of no-contact/protective order-contempt, dismissed.

     Jeremy Dean Hunter, Wyoming, was charged with interference with official acts. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 6.

     Rakim Ashanti Jones, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 3^rd degree harassment, assault and disorderly conduct-loud/raucous noise. A non-jury trial is set for Jan. 17.

     Caleb Daniel Dowell, Monticello, was charged with 5^th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 6.

     Kasper John Heiken, Wyoming, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.
