Magistrate Court

     Nathan Douglas Heims, Lisbon, pleaded guilty to possessing/purchasing alcohol by a person 18-19-20 1^st offense. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Robert Newton Coggins, Monticello, pleaded guilty to operation without registration card/plate. He was fined $50 plus court costs.

     Nevin Scott Bouschlicher, Monticello, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernlia. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Dustin Philip Rickels, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to interference with official acts. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Damion Rashaud Martin, Anamosa, was arrested for obstruction of emergency communications and public intoxication. No court date was set.

     Jerry Lee Ohowell, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for May 26.

     Dakota James Parker, Oxford Junction, pleaded not guilty to assault. A non-jury trial is set for May 31.

     Grover Jay Quinn, Jr., Olin, pleaded not guilty to assault. A non-jury trial is set for May 31.

     Terrell Lavonte Cole, Oxford Junction, pleaded not guilty to assault. A non-jury trial is set for May 31.

     Timothy Paul Foster, Anamosa, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia. A court date is set for May 24.
