Magistrate Court

     Gerald Wayne Monson, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to three counts of fifth degree theft. He was sentenced to one day in jail.

     Dustin Travis Smolek, Olin, pleaded not guilty to false report – 911 call. Non-jury trial is set for June 7.

     Maggie Mae Carlson, Morley, pleaded not guilty to violation of compulsory education, first offense, and interference with official acts. Non-jury trial is set for May 31.

     Karissa Lynn Mercer, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to violation of compulsory education, first offense. Non-jury trial is set for June 7.

     Tyler John Koob, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to fifth degree fraudulent practice. No trial date was set.

     Adam Joseph Neunaber, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct - loud or raucous noise. Non-jury trial is set for June 7.

     Roy James Bartram, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Martin Michael Perkins pleaded guilty to driving while license under suspension. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     April Rebekah Covel pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. She was fined $250 plus court costs.
