Magistrate Court

     Paul Marion Warner, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control and leaving the scene of an accident-property damage only. He was fined a total of $200 plus court costs.

     Holly Marie Bedenbender, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to no insurance. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Amanda Elayne Koss, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to failure to obey stop sign/yield right of way and no insurance. She was fined a total of $350 plus court costs.

     Martin Joseph Payton, Monticello, pleaded guilty to driving while license under suspension. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Xandra Julian Schmit, Monticello, pleaded guilty to striking unattended vehicle. She was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Erica Abigail Sams, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. A non-jury trial is set for April 5. She was also charged with possession of methamphetamine 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 17.

     Joshua Lee Tjaden, Martelle, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 1^st offense. A non-jury trial is set for March 22.

     Michelle Lynn Moore, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 24.

     Michael William Huth, Olin, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. No court date was set.

     Bradley Allan Dugan, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. A non-jury trial is set for April 5.
