Magistrate Court

     Christopher Warren Riches, Anamosa, was found guilty of registration violation, no insurance, and failure to stop in assured/clear distance. He was fined a total of $720 plus court costs.

     Cori Jo Kula, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, canceled, revoked. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Brendan Michael Koppes, Monticello, pleaded guilty to leaving scene of accident-failure to provide information/aid. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Steven Thomas Byrne, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, with all but two days suspended. He was fined $65 plus court costs. Byrne also a charge of disorderly conduct, dismissed.

     Damion Paul Liebel, Anamosa, was charged with two counts of violation of protective order. A bench trial is set for April 24.

     Austin Michael Nefzger, address not listed, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-abusive epithet/threatening gesture. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Corey Michael Renfer, Coon Rapids, was arrested for interference with official acts and public intoxication. No court date was set.

     Mindy Kay Martin, Wyoming, accepted a plea agreement regarding two City of Monticello nuisances. She was fined $15 plus court costs.
