Magistrate Court

     Kimberly Marie Johnson, Monticello, was found guilty to violation of conditions of restricted license. She was fined $50 plus court costs.

     Jessica Ann Patterson, Anamosa, was found guilty of speeding. She was fined $90 plus court costs.

     Donald Eric Schultz, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Jazmine Topping, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to failure to yield upon left turn. She was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Beau James Ludley, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, canceled, revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs. Ludley also pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was fined an additional $200 plus court costs.

     Michael Alan Switzer, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, canceled, revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     William Jay Manning, Baldwin, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied, suspended, canceled, revoked. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

     Matthew John Peterson, Anamosa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for March 22.

     Jessica Jeanette Robinson, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. Robinson was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $65 plus court costs.

     Cassandra Mae Wescott, Anamosa, had a charge of 5th degree theft, dismissed.

     Chad Daniel Cozart, Cedar Rapids, was charged with interference with official acts and possession of drug paraphernalia. A preliminary hearing is set for March 8.

     Andrew Shay Frankenberg, Martelle, was charged with public intoxication 1st offense, 5th degree criminal mischief, and 5th degree theft. A bench trial is set for April 10.

     Mikayla Shayne Chapman, Springville, was charged with consumption of alcohol in a public place 1st offense. a preliminary hearing is set for March 20.

     Coty Joseph Lukemyres, Anamosa, was charged with public intoxication 1st offense and disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. A bench trial is set for April 10.

     Samantha Ann Peck, Anamosa, was charged with public intoxication 1st offense and disorderly conduct-fighting/violent behavior. A bench trial is set for April 10.

     Dustin Owen Norton, Cedar Rapids, was arrested for interference with official acts and 5th degree theft. No court date was set.

     Paige Lorrianne McCoy, Monticello, was cited for assault. A court date is set for March 20.

     Jennifer Marie Hartwig, Anamosa, was charged with 5th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for March 22.

     Craig Samuel Mason, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to violation of a nuisance ordinance regarding abandonment of cats/dogs. A non-jury trial is set for April 24.

     Jerrid Michael Boge, Monticello, was cited for violating a nuisance ordinance regarding public order, safety, and health. A court date is set for March 27.
