Jones SWCD plans meeting

     Jones SWCD will hold its  monthly meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 2 at 1 p.m.

     Meetings are held at the USDA Service Center, 300 Chamber Drive, Anamosa.

     Tentative agenda includes: Call meeting to order, Election of Officers & Appointments, adopt agenda,  previous meeting minutes, treasurer’s report, bills, state cost share business, district employee timesheets, conservation plans and agreements, outreach articles, update on soil loss complaint, approve annual report/newsletter, Partnership Day at the Capitol, SAM Registration, annual civil rights review, review memorandum of understandings, set policy on public funds, financial policies annual checklist, amendment of Farm Bill XIV Work Agreement, duties and responsibilities video, request funds from Jones County supervisors, endowment fund contribution,  public comment period,  commissioner and staff reports, correspondence, schedule next meeting and adjourn.
