Four make speech All-State; MHS collects 22 ‘I’ ratings

     Four Monticello High School speech students learned Monday afternoon that they had been selected for the All-State Individual Speech Festival as a result of their performances at State.

     The students are Elle Boeding, Olivia Goodyear, Rileigh Lambert and Payton Jaeger.

     Monticello High School speech students collected 22 Division I ratings during the State Individual Speech Contest Saturday, March 11 at Vinton-Shellsburg High School.

     The All-State Speech Festival will be Monday, March 27 at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls.
