District Court

     Wayne Otis Montford, Cedar Rapids, was charged with unauthorized use of credit card. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 14.

     Robert Gibson Haas, Cascade, pleaded guilty to eluding. He was sentenced to two years in prison, and fined $625 plus court costs. The sentence and fine were suspended, and Haas was placed on supervised probation for two years.

     Jeremy Lee McAtee, Palo, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while license barred. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs.

     Taylor Rose Gray, Central City, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Feb. 12.

     John William James Melville, Jr., Anamosa, was charged with assault with intent to inflict serious injury. No court date was set.

     Chad Richard Julson, Dubuque, pleaded guilty to eluding and 3rd degree theft. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and fined a total of $1,250 plus court costs. The fines were suspended. Julson was ordered to pay victim restitution.

     Kaya Rose Teasdale, Monroe, Wis., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. Teasdale was fined a total of $695 plus court costs, with $315 suspended. She had a charge of drug distribution violation to person under 18, dismissed.

     Cassandra Lee Winkel, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of 4th degree theft. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. She was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs, and victim restitution in the amount of $1,459. The civil penalty was suspended.

     Luther Joe Gilbert, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 3rd degree theft. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. The fine was suspended.

     Ronald Jermel Donelson, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree fraudulent practice. A jury trial is set for Feb. 18.

     Nicholas Dwayne Burnell, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A jury trial is set for Feb. 19.

     Austin Ryan Yeisley, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 12.

     Tristin Rae Olson Vogeler, Masonville, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense and OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 12.

     Travis Alan Camp, Anamosa, was charged with eluding. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 12.

     Ryan Charles Fey, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 12.

     Kimberly Dawn Murdoch, Marion, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Joseph Fredrick Hutchcroft, Martelle, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs.

     Rosemary J. Peck, Onslow, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 12.

     Jennifer Marie Moorer, Lisbon, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Feb. 12.

     Kevin Paul Koppes, Monticello, was charged with OWI 3rd offense, driving while license suspended/canceled/revoked, open container-age 21 or older, and driving on wrong side of two-way highway. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 5.

     Joshua Allen Hinrichsen, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 14.

     Tish Erin Fritze, Marion, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Dec. 10.
