     Kyler Radford Brundage, Wyoming, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was fined $625 plus court costs. The fine was suspended.

     Jerry Allen Maylone, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of prescription drug/device without prescription. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail. The sentence was suspended, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. Maylone was also fined $315 plus court costs. He had charges of child endangerment and OWI 1st offense dismissed. Maylone pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of no valid driver’s license. He was fined $200 plus court costs.

     Jeremy P. McKnight, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs. The fine was suspended.

     Kyle Douglas Jackson, Springville, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense and carrying weapons. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. Jackson was ordered to pay civil penalties totaling $1,565 plus court costs.

     Austin Reid Sparks, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A jury trial is set for Dec. 18.

     Joshua David Klaren, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Nov. 27.

     Jamaica Brooke Ralston, Monmouth, was charged with child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 12.

     Jeremy Lee McAtee, Palo, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for Oct. 8.

     Chenoa Lynn Denolf, Onslow, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for Oct. 8.

     Beau James Ludley, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on supervised probation for three years. Ludley was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,000 plus court costs. The civil penalty was suspended.

     Cameron Curtis Weber, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to prohibited act-schedule I, II or III controlled substance. A jury trial is set for Nov. 27.

     Cassandra Marie Clinton, Cedar Rapids, was charged with attempting to obtain prescription drug/device by forgery or alteration of prescription. An arraignment was set for Oct. 1.

     Dana Lee Walters, Anamosa, was charged with controlled substance violation (methamphetamine). A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 15.

     Moriah Carol Johnson, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 18.

     Joshua Andrew Harlow, Coralville, was charged with assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. An arraignment is set for Oct. 8.

     Shelby Lynn Minnaert, Olin, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana. No court date was set.

     Cole Allen Egge, Farley, was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. No court date was set.

     Joshua Charles Parmenter, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. He was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined $1,875 plus court costs.

     Brian Wade Rickels, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Andrew Eugene Simon, Dubuque, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and carrying weapons. No trial date was set.

     Christopher O. Brissett, Maquoketa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 18.

     Kimberly Ann Hulke, Olin, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 18.

     Kimberly Dawn Murdoch, Marion, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for Dec. 18.

     Bo Griffey Barber, Montesano, Wash., was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 12.

     Adam Lee Murphy Duwa, Clarence, was charged with OWI. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 12.

     Joseph Fredrick Hutchcroft, Martelle, was charged with OWI 1st offense and driving on wrong side of two-way highway. A preliminary hearing is set for Oct. 12.
