District Court

     Kevin Alan Rowray, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was fined $1,250 plus court costs and sentenced to three days in jail. Rowray also had a charge of driving while barred, dismissed.

     Justin Blake Ritzman, Marion, pleaded guilty to reckless use of fireworks. He was fined $315 plus court costs and sentenced to 30 days in jail. His sentence was suspended, and Ritzman was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He also had a charge of explosive/incendiary device, dismissed.

     Charles Vern Houston, Jr., Monticello, pleaded guilty to assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. He was fined $625 plus court costs and sentenced to 30 days in jail. Twenty days were suspended, and Houston was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He also had a charge of interference with official acts, dismissed. Houston also pleaded guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $625 plus court costs and sentenced to 20 days in jail. Eight days were suspended, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Aaron Deverne Fuessley, Monticello, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for Feb. 20.

     Christopher Allen Achey, Marion, was charged with possession of marijuana 3rd offense, OWI 1st offense, and delivering/possessing with intent to deliver marijuana. An arraignment was set for Feb. 6.

     Gerald Wayne Monson, Wyoming, was charged with four counts of 3rd degree theft. An arraignment is set for Feb. 13.

     Regan Lee Larson, Anamosa, was charged with two counts of unauthorized use of a credit card under $1,000. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 21.

     Lamont Lloyd, Anamosa State Prison, was charged with assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. An arraignment was set for Feb. 6.

     Kevin Lee Glassmeyer, Cedar Rapids, entered an Alford plea of guilty to 2nd degree theft. He also pleaded guilty to 1st degree criminal mischief, assault on persons engaged in certain occupations, operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, eluding while participating in a felony, OWI 3rd offense, possession of a firearm/offensive weapon by a felon, and operating a motor vehicle while license barred. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison for one count, five years for five counts, and two years for two counts. He was fined a total of $5,625 plus court costs. Glassmeyer also had two separate charges of assault on persons engaged in certain occupations, dismissed. He also pleaded guilty to delivering and/or possessing with intent to deliver methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison and fined $1,000 plus court costs. The fine was suspended. All of Glassmeyer’s sentences are to run concurrently.

     Clayton David Lubben, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree theft. A jury trial is set for April 11.

     Seth John Dunnahoo, Mechanicsville, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 3rd offense and child endangerment. A jury trial is set for April 11.

     Frank Thomas Young, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury and false imprisonment. A jury trial is set for April 11.

     Dustin Philip Rickels, Anamosa, was charged with domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 21.

     Charles Robert Evans, North Liberty, was charged with possession of contraband in a correction institution. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 21.

     Ryan Richard Burrows, Manchester, pleaded guilty to 4th degree theft. He was fined $315 plus court costs. Burrows was also sentenced to 20 days in jail.

     Justin Blake Ritzman, Marion, pleaded guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. He was fined $1,000 plus court costs.

     Zedekiah Lee Fisher, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs, and placed on self-supervised probation for one year.

     Clarke Andrew Davison, Des Moines, pleaded guilty to simple assault. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $65 plus court costs, and placed on unsupervised probation for six months.

     Brett Matthew Koppes, Onslow, pleaded not guilty to driving while license denied/revoked. A jury trial is set for April 18.

     Steven Ray Barnes, Lost Nation, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense and eluding. A jury trial is set for April 11.

     Shenandoah James Carmer, Marion, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 2nd offense. An arraignment was set for Feb. 6.

     Dustin Thomas Claussen, Monticello, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment is set for Feb. 20.

     Megan Kristine Savage, Burlington, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment was set for Feb. 6.

     Adam David Young, Cascade, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. He was fined $1,875 plus court costs, and sentenced to seven days in jail.

     Tylor Dean Boheman, Monticello, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of public intoxication. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Tracy Lynn Tuel, Monticello, was charged with OWI 2nd offense. An arraignment is set for Feb. 13.

     Isaac Kurry Reid Williams, Olin, was arrested for driving while barred and OWI 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Feb. 17.
