District Court

     Frank Thomas Young, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree attempted burglary, flight to avoid prosecution, 2nd degree theft, and two counts of child endangerment. A jury trial is set for June 5.

     Jack Thomas Larrimore, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to five days in jail, to run concurrently with three other sentences. He was fined $625 plus court costs.

     Nicole Marie Lopez, Monticello, was arrested for assault with intent to inflict serious injury, public intoxication, and disorderly conduct. A preliminary hearing is set for April 25.

     Taylor Rose Gray, Monticello, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for April 30.

     Brittney Ann Young, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to two counts of child endangerment. A jury trial is set for June 5.

     Beau James Ludley, Anamosa, was charged with controlled substance violation (methamphetamine). A preliminary hearing is set for April 11.

     Torrie Chelsea Minnaert, Olin, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for July 10.

     Jeff Allen Newell, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Dakota Lee Oberholser, Onslow, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for April 25.

     Kain James Hardin, Davenport, was charged with public intoxication 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for April 25.

     Tanner Hayzlett, Olin, was cited for possession of marijuana 1st offense. A court date was set for May 2.

     Tamara Lynn Coons, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for April 25.
