District Court

     Darren Anthony Daugherty, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. Daugherty was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $625 plus court costs.

     Bryson John Mundorf, Martelle, was charged with domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. An arraignment is set for March 19.

     Maggie Mae Carlson, Morley, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for March 28.

     Jack Thomas Larrimore, Anamosa, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for March 28.

     Frank Thomas Young, Anamosa, was charged with flight to avoid prosecution, 2nd degree theft, and two counts of child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for March 19.

     Brittney Ann Young, Anamosa, was charged with flight to avoid prosecution and two counts of child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for March 21.

     Torrie Chelsea Minnaert, Olin, was charged with possession of controlled substance (marijuana) 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 28.

     Zachary Ryan Fleming, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for June 12.

     Stacy Ann Stanley, Marion, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 28.

     Jason Alan Parker, Monticello, was charged with 4th degree criminal mischief. An arraignment is set for March 26.

     Rylee Nichole Nightingale, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was fined $1,250 plus court costs, with $625 waived. Nightingale was also sentenced to two days in jail.

     Anthony Dean Ehlts, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was fined $1,250 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     Thomas John Engelbart, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for June 5.

     Michelle Lea Schoon, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for June 12.

     Lindsay Lee Takes, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 28.

     Jacob Scott Miller, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 28.
