     Darren Anthony Daugherty, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. Daugherty was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $625 plus court costs.

     Bryson John Mundorf, Martelle, was charged with domestic abuse assault 2^nd offense. An arraignment is set for March 19.

     Maggie Mae Carlson, Morley, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for March 28.

     Jack Thomas Larrimore, Anamosa, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for March 28.

     Frank Thomas Young, Anamosa, was charged with flight to avoid prosecution, 2^nd degree theft, and two counts of child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for March 19.

     Brittney Ann Young, Anamosa, was charged with flight to avoid prosecution and two counts of child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for March 21.

     Torrie Chelsea Minnaert, Olin, was charged with possession of controlled substance (marijuana) 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 28.

     Zachary Ryan Fleming, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for June 12.

     Stacy Ann Stanley, Marion, was charged with possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 28.

     Jason Alan Parker, Monticello, was charged with 4^th degree criminal mischief. An arraignment is set for March 26.

     Rylee Nichole Nightingale, Cedar Rapids, pleaded guilty to OWI 1^st offense. She was fined $1,250 plus court costs, with $625 waived. Nightingale was also sentenced to two days in jail.

     Anthony Dean Ehlts, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1^st offense. He was fined $1,250 plus court costs, and sentenced to two days in jail.

     Thomas John Engelbart, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for June 5.

     Michelle Lea Schoon, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for June 12.

     Lindsay Lee Takes, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 28.

     Jacob Scott Miller, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 2^nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 28.
