District Court

     Tucker Daniel Scofield, Lisbon, was charged with obstructing prosecution or defense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 7.

     Gerald Wayne Munson, Wyoming, was charged with 3^rd degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for March 7.

     Frank Thomas Young, Anamosa, was charged with 3^rd degree attempted burglary. A preliminary hearing is set for March 7.

     Luther Joe Gilbert, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense, 2^nd degree criminal mischief, 3^rd degree criminal mischief, possession of burglar’s tools, four counts of 3^rd degree burglary, and two counts of 3^rd degree theft. A jury trial is set for May 22.

     Tanner Hayzlett, Olin, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was fined $65 plus court costs.

     Megan Barbara Sarazin, Dubuque, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 2^nd offense. A jury trial is set for May 22.

     Allison Marie Whitenack, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1^st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Kevin Miles McClure, Standwood, pleaded not guilty to OWI 2^nd offense. A jury trial is set for April 24.

     Allen Michael Boheman, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for May 22.

     Jon Joseph Menster, Olin, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for May 22.

     Larry James Scofield, Anamosa, was arrested for OWI 3^rd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 7.

     Rebecca Catherine Heideman, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to child endangerment and possession of marijuana 2^nd offense. A jury trial is set for May 15.
