District Court

     Madison Rose Hankemeier, Lisbon, pleaded not guilty to 3rd degree theft. A jury trial is set for April 10.

     Travis Alan Camp, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense and two counts of forgery. A jury trial is set for April 3.

     David Dean Mayberry, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to forgery. No court date was set.

     Haylie Lauren Wood, Olin, was arrested for 2nd degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 17.

     Melissa Lee Duggan, Hopkinton, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. Judgment was deferred, and she was placed on self-supervised probation for two years. She was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Caleb Daniel Dowell, Monticello, pleaded guilty to domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. He was sentenced to 33 days in jail and fined $315 plus court costs.

     Kayla Christine Lexus Wright, Iowa City, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for April 10.

     Ashton Elaine English, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to two counts of possession of marijuana 1st offense. A jury trial is set for March 13.

     Charles James Ellison, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault 2nd offense. A jury trial is set for April 13.

     Alexandro Ramon Vasquez, Cedar Rapids, was arrested for possession of marijuana 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 17.

     Stewart Grant Grobstick, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Brandon Jo Fort, Center Point, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Jason William Aitchison, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. He was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Aaron John Martensen, Earlville, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Scott Edward Butler, Muscatine, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250 plus court costs.
