District Court

     John Thomas Spalding, Anamosa, was arrested for two counts of sex offender registration violation. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 20.

     Dustin Philip Rickels, Anamosa, was arrested for two counts of driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 10.

     Matthew Drew Mayberry, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to 2^nd degree criminal mischief and eluding. A jury trial is set for March 13.

     Griffin Houston Hansen, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to willful injury-causing bodily injury and 2^nd degree criminal mischief. A jury trial is set for March 13.

     Julio Huizar Espericueta, Manitowoc, Wis., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense. Judgment was deferred, and he was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was also ordered to pay a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Kasper John Heiken, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for March 13.

     Jeff Allen Newell, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A jury trial is set for April 17.

     Kirk Charleston Johnston, Anamosa, was arrested for possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 10.

     Kolin Chandler Geiger, Olin, was cited for possession of cannabidoil 1^st offense. A court date was set for Jan. 10. He was also arrested for possession of marijuana 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 10.

     Katie Teresa Miller, Olin, was arrested for OWI 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 10.

     Garrett Burke Sayre, Anamosa, was arrested for OWI 1^st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 10.
