     Robert Scott Faust, Monticello, was arrested for OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for June 5.

     John Terry Brooks, Oxford Junction, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense, driving while barred and possession of prescription drug/device without prescription. He was sentenced to a total of five years in prison and fined a total of $2,815 plus court costs. All but seven days of the sentences were suspended. Brooks was placed on unsupervised probation for two years.

     Erika Jo Parker, Marion, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $315 plus court costs. She also had a charge of OWI 1st offense, dismissed.

     Austin Robert Green, Cascade, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Terry Lynn Hines, Center Junction, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Jordan Patrick Edwards, Hopkinton, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for July 18.

     Heidi Elizabeth Kline, Anamosa, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for June 12.

     John Richard Schilt, Monticello, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for May 29.

     Corrie Jay Hulke, Oxford Junction, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for June 12.

     Michael Dylan Shepherd, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. He was sentenced to five days in jail and fined $625 plus court costs.

     Tyler John Koob, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to assault causing bodily injury/mental illness. A jury trial is set for Aug. 8.

     Maggie Mae Carlson, Morley, pleaded not guilty to driving while barred. A jury trial is set for Aug. 15.

     Thomas Gerard Boyle, Cascade, was charged with assault with a firearm. An arraignment is set for May 30.

     Anthony Robert Ginther, Monticello, was charged with sex offender-registry violation 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for June 13.

     Alexander John Monk, Monticello, was cited for 3rd degree criminal mischief. A court date is set for June 21.

     Tyler John Schilling, Monticello, was cited for 3rd degree criminal mischief. A court date is set for June 21.

     Quinton Russell Monk, Hopkinton, was cited for 3rd degree criminal mischief. A court date is set for June 21.

     Kacie Fleming, Anamosa, was found guilty to serious injury by a vehicle. She was sentenced to five years in prison and fined $750 plus court costs.

     Gerald Wayne Munson, Wyoming, pleaded not guilty to 2nd degree criminal mischief. A jury trial is set for Aug. 15.

     Michael William Huth, Jr., Olin, was charged with three counts of 3rd degree burglary. An arraignment is set for June 12.

     Nathan Michael Folkers, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to 1st degree fraudulent practice. A jury trial is set for Aug. 15.

     Holly Marie Bedenbender, Anamosa, was charged with ongoing criminal conduct-unlawful activity, 1st degree theft, and six counts of 3rd degree burglary. A preliminary hearing is set for June 2.

     Jerry lee Ohowell, Olin, was charged with 2nd degree theft. A court date is set for May 31.

     Jake William Wuckert, Monticello, was charged with 3rd degree burglary and possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for June 2.

     Travis Allen Vanwey, Vinton, was charged with possession of contraband in a correctional institution and OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for June 3.

     Kimberly Sue Engelbart, Anamosa, was arrested for controlled substance violation (methamphetamine) and unlawful possession of prescription drug. No court was set.

     Melanie Nerissa Harris, Milwaukee, Wis., pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. Judgment was deferred, and Harris was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. She was also fined a civil penalty of $315 plus court costs.

     Carrie Anne Gralund, Anamosa, was charged with driving while license denied/revoked. A preliminary hearing is set for June 13.

     Kylie Snip, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for June 13.

     Griffin Houston Hansen, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for June 13.

     Brandi Jo Dean, Maquoketa, was charged with possession of methamphetamine. A preliminary hearing is set for May 31.

     Timothy Paul Foster, Anamosa, was charged with possession of controlled substance 1st offense (methamphetamine). A preliminary hearing is set for May 31.
