District Court

     Johnathan Robert Bollinger, Maquoketa, entered an Alford plea for the charge of possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. He was sentenced to two days in jail. His sentence was suspended. Bollinger was fined $315 plus court costs. He was also placed on unsupervised probation for two years.

     Martin Joseph Payton, Monticello, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements 1st offense. He was fined $625 plus court costs.

     Timothy Michael Williams, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to two counts of unauthorized use of a credit card, under $1,000. A jury trial is set for May 23.

     Halsey Lee Hunt, Morley, had a charge of domestic abuse assault 2nd offense, amended to a simple misdemeanor. A trial date is set for April 5.

     Patrisha Joan O’Bryant, Cedar Rapids, was charged with possession of methamphetamine 2nd offense. An arraignment is set for March 27.

     Joshua David Klaren, Marion, was charged with driving while barred. A preliminary hearing is set for April 3.

     Nicholas Scott Seeley, Anamosa, was arrested for driving while barred. No court date was set.

     Dustin Thomas Claussen, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to controlled substance violation, possession of controlled substance precursor, and gathering where controlled substances are used (methamphetamine). A jury trial is set for May 23.

     Christopher John Simmons, Central City, was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine. An arraignment is set for March 27.

     Bryce Wade Orcutt, Anamosa, was charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and obstruction of prosecution or defense. An arraignment is set for March 27.

     Gunner Andrew Domeyer, Delaware, was charged with 4th degree theft. An arraignment is set for March 27.

     John Douglas Riffle IV, Springville, was charged with 4th degree theft. A preliminary hearing is set for March 31.

     Andrew L. DeWulf, Silvis, Ill., was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for April 4.

     Brooke Ann Eichelberger, Marion, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Allen Douglas Osterkamp, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for May 23.

     Cori Jo Kula, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. She was sentenced to seven days in jail, and fined $1,875 plus court costs.

     Joseph Michael Penry, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for May 23.

     Anthony D. Boll, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to OWI 1st offense. A jury trial is set for May 23.

     Cody Allen Emmer, Cascade, was charged with OWI 1st offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 20.
