     Regan Lee Larson, Anamosa, was charged with escape from custody. An arraignment is set for March 27.

     Tyler Mason Kula, Hopkinton, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for March 20.

     Michelle Lynn Moore, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for March 24.

     Erica Abigail Sams, Anamosa, was charged with possession of marijuana 1st offense. An arraignment is set for March 17.

     Holly Marie Bedenbender, Anamosa, was charged with unlawful possession of prescription drug. A preliminary hearing is set for March 17.

     Russell J. Merfeld, Springville, pleaded guilty to eluding a law enforcement vehicle. He was sentenced to five years in prison. The sentence was suspended, and Merfeld was placed on supervised probation for two years. He was also fined $750 plus court costs.

     Michael Patrick Lucid, Schaumburg, Ill., pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless driving. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with all but two days suspended. Lucid was also fined $625 plus court costs, and placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He also pleaded guilty to driving on the wrong side of the highway. He was fined $100 plus court costs.

     Shirley Ann McNamara, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense and possession of methamphetamine 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail, and fined a total of $1,565 plus court costs.

     Adam Lee Jacobs, Monticello, pleaded guilty to OWI 2nd offense. He was sentenced to seven days in jail and fined $1,875 plus court costs.

     Marissa Lee Bream, Marion, pleaded guilty to OWI 1st offense. She was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $1,250 plus court costs.

     Anthony D. Boll, Cedar Rapids, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for March 13.

     Austin Robert Green, Cascade, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for March 20.

     Terry Lynn Hines, Center Junction, was charged with OWI 1st offense. An arraignment is set for March 20.

     Cody Allen Emmer, Cascade, was arrested for OWI 1st offense. No court date was set.

     Karis Marie Keast, Anamosa, pleaded guilty to 3rd degree theft. Judgment was deferred, and Keast was placed on self-supervised probation for one year. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $625 plus court costs, and victim restitution in the amount of $500.

     Lamont Lloyd, address not available, pleaded guilty to assault on persons engaged in certain occupations. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, and fined $625 plus court costs.

     Keegan T. Herbert, Olin, was charged with 4th degree theft. An arraignment is set for March 20.

     Jack Edward Sadler, Martelle, pleaded not guilty to four counts of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and two counts of lascivious conduct with a minor. A jury trial is set for May 16.

     Jason Allen Hand, Monticello, pleaded not guilty to assault while displaying a dangerous weapon. A jury trial is set for May 16.

     Andrew Allen DeVault, Anamosa, was charged with assault with intent to inflict serious injury and driving while license denied/revoked. An arraignment is set for March 20.

     Robert Ryan Lee Baer, Cedar Rapids, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while license barred. An arraignment is set for March 27.

     Wendi Sue Smith, Anamosa, was charged with child endangerment. A preliminary hearing is set for March 22.

     Dustin Philip Rickels, Anamosa, pleaded not guilty to domestic abuse assault-impeding air/blood flow causing bodily injury. A jury trial is set for May 9.

     Dustin Thomas Claussen, Monticello, was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of a precursor with intent to manufacture, and gathering where controlled substances are unlawfully used. An arraignment is set for March 13.

     Shauna Lee Haas, Cedar Rapids, pleaded not guilty to possession of contraband in a correctional institution. A jury trial is set for May 9.

     Nicholas John Goetz, Olin, was charged with two counts of sex offender registration violation 2nd offense. A preliminary hearing is set for March 13.

     Bret James Tratchel, West Liberty, was cited for 1st degree theft. A court date is set for March 15.

     Michael William Huth, Olin, was charged with dominion/control of firearm/offensive weapon by felon. A preliminary hearing is set for March 17.
