Ballous celebrate silver anniversary

Mark and Jennifer Ballou

      Mark and Jennifer Ballou of Monticello will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary.

      They were married on Sept. 11, 1992 at Sacred Heart Church in Monticello. They are the parents of Haley and Sydney.
