Prairie Hill

     The regular meeting of the Prairie Hill 4-H Club was held at the Citizens State Bank Youth Development Center on July 7, 2017.

     The meeting was called to order by Chloe Gray at 6:27 p.m. The Pledge to the American Flag was led by Bella Mullen. Roll call was “What is one thing you learned in 4-H this year?” and was answered by 31 members. Ten visitors were present.

     Minutes of the previous meeting were read. Motion to approve the minutes was made by Eian Weber, seconded by Karle Kramer. The treasurer’s report was given. Motion to approve the treasurer’s report was made by Caleb Hogan, seconded by Cole Nietert. Outstanding bills included member fees and t-shirts. Motion to approve the outstanding bills was made by Savannah Freese, seconded by Lake Schnoor.

     Old business: Wedding cleanup made $250 for our club. Riverside Gardens schedules were distributed.

     New business included our club 4-H food stand schedule: July 19, 7-11 a.m.; July 20, 1-5 p.m.; and July 21, 9 a.m. -1 p.m. Historian, treasurer and 4-H record books are due Sept. 1.

     Giving presentations were Claire Hogan and Taylor Gassman. Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Lorelei Rieken, seconded by Lake Schnoor. The Pledge to the 4-H Flag was led by Claire Hogan.
