Oxford Livewires

     The Oxford Livewires meeting was held on May 7, 2017. President Ethan Kaftan called the meeting to order. The Pledge of Allegiance was lead by Jared Crock. Roll call was: “Name something fun you did with your parents.” It was answered by 12 members. Fourteen guests were also present.

     The secretary’s report was given by Callie Feuss. Lauryn Eganhouse made a motion to approve the secretary’s report and Alexis Jellison seconded the motion. The treasurer’s report was not given.

     In old business, Logan Bicknese, Payton Lasack, and Lauryn Eganhouse reported on playing 4-H basketball. In new business, members were reminded that any project changes need to be made by May 15. FSQA training also needs to be completed by those members with livestock projects. Registration for Junior 4-H camp is now open. There are many workshops coming up at the Extension office. Members are encouraged to read the 4-H Hotline. The next meeting will be held on June 4. This meeting will be the club tour and a potluck. Members need to bring table service and a dish to share.

     Ty Jensen made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Reece Vacek seconded the motion. The 4-H pledge was led by Alex Lehrman. Hosts of the meeting were Payton Feuss and Ty Jensen.
