Prairie Hill

     The regular meeting of the Prairie Hill 4-H Club was held at the Citizens State Bank Youth Development Center on April 17.

     The meeting was called to order by Chloe Gray at 6:19 p.m. The Pledge to the American Flag was led by Bella Mullen. Roll call was: “Name your favorite TV shows,” and it was answered by 29 members. Four visitors were present.

     Minutes of the previous meeting were read. Motion to approve the minutes was led by Cole Nietert, seconded by Cord Nietert. The treasurer’s report was not read. There were no outstanding bills.

     Old business included 4-H Basketball, 4-H Scavenger Hunt, and that the ISU Fashion and Clothing Workshop was held in March.

     New business: FSQA will be held May 10 and June 15. Marker broiler order deadline is May 1. Clothing and Communication Event entry deadline is May 1. May 15 is the livestock ID deadline. Junior Camp will be June 5-8 at Pictured Rocks.

     Giving presentations were Savannah Freese and Brooklyn Stark. Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Savannah Freese, seconded by Claire Hogan. The Pledge to the 4-H Flag was led by Lindsay Adams.
